Is anyone reading this?

I found my camera I lost several months ago. On it I found pictures from when I went on a cruise to Mexico with my friend Shirelle last January. So I thought this would be a great "re-grand opening" of my blog...I'm not sure if anyone still reads this.

This was at a crazy restaurant called Senor Frogs
We went horse backing riding while in Puerto Vallarta.
We went through a bunch of small villages. I loved it!

Don't worry...it only lasted a couple of days.

Too Late to Apoligize

I realize that it has been months since I've posted a blog and I formally want to apoligize to my viewers. There is no excuse for my behavior and promise that I will never let this happen again. I hope that we can all put this behind us.

Project Waistline Recipe!

I have the greatest recipe for those in Project Waistline! Here it is:

2 cups of Crisco
4 cups of butter
3 tbsp of oil
5 king size Snickers

Ok I'm kidding but really here is a really good veggie dish that is so simple to make. A lady at work told me how to make it and I loved it...so did Mindy!
  • Saute' some zucchini and a few onions together until cooked at the desired texture. Then just add some corn and salt and pepper. You can even add chicken, turkey or meat to it and serve over brown rice. It's so yummy and easy!

Not till we sing Kumbaya!

Back from a great weekend in the mountains! This was my first time going to the Uinta Mountains...I was so impressed. It was so great to get away from busy schedules and cell phones and just enjoy a little piece and quiet. We had a great time hanging out, canoeing, napping, campfires, eating and the best of all...playing dominoes!
Mindy in wide open spacesWe found some cheap hats at Walmart in preparation for our trip.
Doesn't Mindy look cute in her hat?
It's so beautiful up there

Day 2 without a shower...it's part of the whole experience

Look at the lily pads!

Butterfly Lake or Bust!

I'm off to woods for a weekend of camping. Let's hope no one gets eaten by a bear! If by some chance that does happen...I bet this blog entry would be in the media. Wish us luck!

Reunion in Califor-ni-a!

I realize it's been a while since I've blogged and I apologize. I promise to take blogging more serious.
Last week I went home to Danville for a Brandi Family Reunion. We all meant at my parent's house for a couple of days of fun. We had a great time! I forgot how beautiful the Danville is..has it always been that "bootiful"? It was a busy couple of days filled with extended family get-togethers, TONS of swimming, San Francisco trips, and all the places to eat in Danville.
We were finally able to take a family picture. They turned out pretty good considering the amount of young children that were there. You can take a look at them at http://www.kellinicolephoto.com/. Go to Client Images and then to The Brandi Family. I thought they turned out so cute! Here's some pics my trip.

My nieces Ellie and Aubree, and my myself on the plane to Oakland

This was Bethany's first plane ride!

I remember how much we loved sliding down stairs growing up. It was fun to see some of the kids do it. I really love sliding down stairs!!!

Davis went down the stairs everytime someone else did. He wouldn't let anyone go down without him. He was laughing so hard...he's so adorable! This was about 24 hours before he got a 103 degree fever. Poor guy!

Davis, Courtney, Kyle, and Lauren watching a movie with their popcorn cups. How cute are they?

Take a look at those cheeks! Gabby has some pretty impressive cheeks for only being 3 months old.

Chase loved to wrestle on the mattress!

Courtney and Kyle are buddies. They're so cute!

Sleeping Beauty and Snow White

I met one of my high school friends for dinner. We were there for 3 hours! It was so fun to see you Michelle!

This is Jackson...he's the happiest baby I've ever seen...usually! He's a little serious here but still adorable.
